As the Sun moves around the wheel of the year, I invite you to join me each month, at the start of the new solar season (when the Sun moves into the next astrological sign). I will talk about the energy of the season, what it means and how you can align yourself with it over the following weeks. Aligning with natures calendar in this way helps bring you back to your natural rhythm, improves your wellbeing and reminds you that- you are nature, you are not a machine and your own energy ebbs and flows with the seasons, just like everything in the natural world. With the aide of a gentle plant medicine - ceremonial Cacao - we will relax our busy minds and open our hearts, where I will then take you on a shamanic journey into the landscape of the season, to receive wisdom and guidance about the month ahead. Followed by a guided ritual to bring your intention for the month into clear focus, so you can fully step into the most aligned version of yourself. These are small gatherings of up to 8 people.
